The New School for Design in New York City, Erin

has worked for many years in various aspects of

the industry, focusing primarily on theatrical production and set design, project management, custom furniture and lighting design, and commercial and residential consultations. Her projects have been featured across the country, primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area and in New York City.

At the root of Erin's design expertise is her complex understanding of how space should flow. Her creative strength is derived from an ability to combine spatial organization with innovative elements of interior decoration, creating environments that are simultaneously, seamlessly functional and appealing. Skilled in all aspects of residential, commercial, and production design, Erin is eager to offer her clients the knowledge, devotion, and creative focus needed in order to make their vision a reality.

When Erin is not busy working on interiors she spends time roaming the streets looking for random design moments she can capture on her budget camera. She also owns and operates a small online vintage and recycled decor and furniture shop. Erin currently resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn with her beautiful twenty-month-old daughter.

This can be an individual service or part of a larger design project.residential & commercial interior designServices include initial design consultation, survey and analysis of the current environment or prospective space, schedule and budget review, concept design and development, schematic and detail design drawings, furniture, finish and material specification and selection, project management, and any other services agreed upon by both parties.project coordination for remodels and large-scale projectsServices include contractor bidding and management, assistance with plans and estimates, site supervision, coordination of vendors, schedule and budget review.custom furniture design and acquisitionDesign, specification, and purchase of custom or retail hard and soft furnishings.special event and production designServices include concept development and implementation, spatial assessments and detailed planning, set design, budget analysis, vendor and site specific management, gathering of decorations and props, installation of space and other duties as defined by contract.fee for servicesThe design fees for residential, commercial, and special eventand production design are based on the terms of the project, client budget, and anticipated time frame for completion. Individual consultations, project coordination, and custom furniture design and acquisition are available for a modest hourly rate. All design services require a contract and are subject to a small retainer fee in order to secure time and resources.
