Interior Design Services
Fee for Services
The design fee for Residential, Commercial, and Special Event
and Production Design is primarily based on the terms of the
project, client budget, and anticipated time frame for completion. Individual Consultations, Project Coordination, and Custom Furniture Design and Acquisition are charged a modest hourly
rate. All design services require a contract and are subject to a
small retainer fee to secure time and resources.

Individual Hourly Consultations
Services include on-site visit, spatial analysis, recommendations for furniture layout, and suggestions for modifications to the overall environment to enhance function and harmony. This can be an individual service or part of a larger design project.
Residential & Commercial Interior Design
Services include initial design consultation, survey and analysis of the current environment or prospective space, schedule and budget review, concept design and development, schematic and detail design drawings, furniture, finish and material specification and selection, project management, and any other services agreed upon by both parties.
Project Coordination for Remodels and Large-Scale Projects
Services include contractor bidding and management, assistance with plans and estimates, site supervision, coordination of vendors, schedule and budget review.
Custom Furniture Design and Acquisition
Design, specification, and purchase of custom or retail hard and soft furnishings.
Special Event and Production Design
Services include concept development and implementation, spatial assessments and detailed planning, set design, budget analysis, vendor and site specific management, gathering of decorations and props, installation of space and other duties as defined by contract.
